The PM 600 ultraviolet intensity meter provides an easy, convenient way of accurately measuring ultraviolet energy produced by high intensity UV curing systems.

The metering system allows users to choose from several probe styles as required for the application. Each monitors a discrete wavelength set centered around 365 nanometers, with excellent repeatability.

The HT Series probes are designed for high temperature environments as experienced directly under a UV lamp, and are available in 9 or 16 inch lengths to match the UV cure system tunnel design.

The SC Series probe includes a complete adaptor kit specifically designed for use with the UVEXS Model SCU spot curing systems which utilize flexible optic light guides. Various fittings in the kit allow precise process control of the SCU system.

All of the PM 600 probes are manufactured with stainless steel housings and are attached to the meter case with a connector for convenient interchangeability. A large LCD display shows the UV intensity reading on the front of the case. Periodic calibration is available through UVEXS and includes a certification showing traceability to NIST.
